If not, keep looking if you aren’t in too much of a hurry. If you find the right match, then your home could sell like hotcakes.
Let’s say you found her. You two will schedule a next meeting to discuss the strategies behind making this an easy sell. She will explain to you the reasons behind her methods and a realistic goal price for your home. Once you agree upon the particulars, it is time to list your home.


Now it’s time to put your house on the market and get the ball rolling, so to speak. Marketing your home will be key to getting potential home buyers in and getting your home sold.

You’ve heard the saying, the early bird gets the worm! You must have a proactive real estate agent who is willing to go the extra mile rather than an agent that purely lists your home and sits and waits. The latter agent will not get the worm!
